How does Classcard’s pricing work?
Pick a plan that fits your needs – every plan includes unlimited staff and students. You pay a flat monthly (or annual) fee, plus a small fee on transactions processed through Classcard.
Do I need Growth or Business?
If you need automations, AI assistance, accounting integrations, and installment billing, Growth is the right fit. Choose Business if you also need multi-step workflows, gift cards, SSO, or AI chat. Not sure? Start with Growth – you can upgrade anytime.
What are processing fees?
Processing fees cover the cost of accepting card payments. We keep rates competitive – often below the standard rack rates of major payment gateways. On Enterprise, you can bring your own gateway and pay its rates directly.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period – you keep your current features until then.
What payment methods do you support?
Your customers can pay with major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and popular local methods – coverage varies by region. To pay for your Classcard subscription, we accept major credit cards, with invoice and bank transfer options on annual plans.
Monthly purchases must be paid for by credit card.
